PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Successful Candidates Interested in MST, Phlebotomy, and Pharmacy Tech will go through a combination of classroom training at local technical colleges and clinical instruction at McLeod Health. Training will be provided at no cost to the student.
- Successful candidates interested in a grant for CMA, LPN or RN must be accepted into a Medical Assistant program, Licensed Practical Nursing Program, ADN or BSN Program prior to applying.
- Upon completion of degree and nationally-accredited board certification, candidates will be offered employment with McLeod Health in one of our rural facilities/physician practices. Students will be accepted on a first come, first-served basis.

- HS Diploma/GED
- Meet WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) Eligibility Requirements
- Meets student enrollment requirements with partner SC Technical Colleges.
- Successful completion of all required classroom and clinical instruction.
- Upon completion of degree and certification, candidates must agree to work at McLeod rural health facility or physician practice.
- Successful candidates interested in a Medical Assistant, LPN or RN grant must be accepted into an accredited CMA, LPN or RN program prior to applying
