Overall objective of the role is to maintain the corporate image of the company both internally and externally. Assisting the management team in achieving the marketing plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering global marketing support for the Companies and Distributors
- Working with management to deliver the yearly exhibition plan, full end to end management
- Planning and reporting on the Marketing department workload
- Planning and monitoring workload with third party digital agency (SEO/PPC)
- Completing all marketing request’s from Group entities
- Producing the CSR strategy and the various events/projects within
- Producing individual marketing plans for specific marketing campaigns/projects
- Supporting new Group Divisions/Partnerships/Distributors with set up and long-term marketing plans
- Creating copy for all divisional websites, press releases, advertisements, literature, corporate communications, email campaigns and social media posts (Digital Marketing)
- Building and developing stakeholder relationships including Membership Bodies the Group are members of to maximise ROI
- Creating and implementing an effective communications strategy including social media and email communications plans
- Manage and ensure the Group brands are used correctly and effectively
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activity
- Proof reading and signing off all copy before Manager and Director approval
- Complying with all Company Procedures including Health & Safety procedures and Directives and Company P.P.E. requirements.
- Maintaining a work area that is tidy and free from hazards.
- Checking company vehicles before use and driving in a safe and courteous manner.
- Reporting any accidents (person, property or vehicles) to the HSSEQ Manager.
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time by Line Manager.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:
- Qualified to degree level in marketing or related field
- Ideally 5 years’ experience within a similar role
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word,)
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Flexibility to work outside your specific tasks
- Must be able to provide cover for other team members as and when required
