The Hospice Nurse provides skilled nursing and supportive care on an intermittent basis to terminally ill patients and their families. Serves as primary nurse and case manager, coordinating all members of the interdisciplinary team in providing high quality Hospice Care.

Skills Required
Current South Carolina Drivers License and Automobile Insurance as required by law. Current South Carolina RN License.

Experience Required
At least one year of nursing experience is required. Must have had active patient contact or successfully completed a nursing refresher course within the past year. Must be empathetic, responsible, able to use time effectively, willing to work in a team.
