Implements and maintains safety standards (HSSE) as required by law | | and company policy | | - Ensures all quality standards and requirements are met (including | | regulatory compliance) | | - Manages customer delivery dates to meet or exceed delivery of | | customer orders as promised | | - Establishes, maintains and continually improves the standard of | | performance for the operation | | - Develops, analyses, and presents reports, including but not limited | | to forecasts, productivity, and safety reports | | - Ensures that the manufacturing principles are in line with the | | company’s vision and priorities | | - Takes accountability for manufacturing goals and objectives | | - Plans and monitors capacity maximization, OEE, and lead time | | reduction opportunities | | -
