ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedure.
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation.
• Provide help desk support and training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Software Design, Maintenance and Documentation experience
• Software Development Process
• Analyzing Information
• Knowledgeable in SQL, JAVA and XML preferred

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
