Job Description

The closing attorney will be responsible for the following: Conduct closing transactions by reviewing, signing and explaining closing documents to clients in a professional manner. Some title review, which may occasionally include curative. Occasionally travel to clients within the Metro Atlanta area. Maintain and develop both new and existing client relationships. Ensure a smooth closing process by being hands on and monitoring files from inception through closing.

Qualifications

• Must have a basic understanding of title standards.
• Must be able to assist in making title related decisions.
• Must be proactive and take initiative in resolving issues.
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Must possess superior customer service skills and be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to build a professional rapport with co-workers and clients.
• Must have an overall good work ethic and a willingness to adapt to change.
• Must be proficient with software programs such as Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, GSCCCA.
• Must be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with co-workers, lenders & realtors.

CREDENTIALS

• Must have a JD from an accredited law school and an active Georgia Bar License.
