Our client is one of the leaders in the construction and industrial industry and is consistently growing. Due to their growth, they have a need for a Human Resources Manager. This is a newly created position, and this is a hybrid role. This is a very family-friendly atmosphere with an open-door policy and good tenure.

This individual will have 3-4 direct reports and will report to the Director of HR. This is an all-inclusive HR role with a lot of visibility and a succession plan for growth. Domestic travel to metropolitan cities may go up 20%, but may be less as the company and department continue to grow and expand. They offer a competitive salary with bonus, and great benefits.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and adapt quickly to change. This person will help establish additional policies and procedures and work closely with upper management. They are seeking someone with a certification specific to HR. This person should be comfortable and familiar with working in a company where everyone is a part of a team and will pitch in where necessary. The CEO and CFO will make coffee and answer phones when necessary, so this person will wear many hats.
