    Our Company: Since 1987 we've carved out a niche as Class A Commercial Specialty Cleaners working with building, facility and office managers throughout The Greater Bay Area, maintaining clean & healthy workplace environments. We're a Certified Green Women-Owned Small Business (<50 employees) based in Burlingame. Average tenure = 20 years. This position is open due to retirement and we re looking to hire now. Position Summary: The Production Scheduler works in conjunction with our Customer Care & Workplace Project Management Teams, as well as our Production Supervisor & HR Liaison, to ensure our Crew is set up to successfully execute our services on each and every commercial project. In addition to Scheduling you'll be asked to prepare forecast reports, identify potential challenges, plan for future allocation of resources and labor as well as demonstrate you can manipulate the schedule when faced with constraints. Primary Responsibilities: - Maintain our baseline schedule for all recurring and one time cleaning projects - Able to demonstrate proficiency within our cloud-based CRM program WorkWave Services + Mobile App - Master the Scheduling aspects of WWS software and look to implement additional tools our software may offer - Identify capacity challenges & propose solutions in operations meetings - Provide weekly updates and help track issue/activities resolution to ensure project goals are achieved - Provide daily updates as schedule change requests are fluid and constant - Allocate appropriate labor for each project and build teams daily - Check to confirm detailed floor plans & photos attached to each project are accurate - Identify specialty services which may require additional planning - Assist in continuing to develop evaluation methods to assess procedural strengths and identify areas for improvement Skills and Qualifications: - Critical thinking is important as schedule requests mean a change in plans and rescheduling - Strong sense of ownership and commitment to being excellent every day - Communicate effectively while exhibiting a supportive and professional demeanor - Ability to build trust amongst our management team, our crew and our customers - Demonstrate problem solving ability and offers solutions as needed - Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred as is residing locally - 3 years of experience preferred in any capacity ranging from Customer Service, Support, Training, Sales, Operations ***if you can "bring it" we'll coach you up! Physical Requirements: We'll need your assistance with loading and transporting chemistry, equipment, supplies and uniforms to and from suppliers, both office locations and during large projects. - As a result you must be able to (including but not limited to): o move, carry, push, pull, pass a minimum of 35 lbs. to unload, set up, use, and return all equipment (portables, bonnet, counter rotating brush, air movers, water and/or cleaning solutions in buckets, ancillary items) necessary to complete jobs; o bend down, kneel, lift, reach: using tools of our trade (nap brush; cards/blocks), supplies, area rugs and furniture
