[Check us out at https://www.linkedin.com/company/mcaps-llc] Position: Project Administrator Medical Equipment Job Description: * Provide support to client Equipment Planners to assist with administrative aspects in the purchase to installation of medical equipment. Medical equipment purchased will be oriented towards, but not limited to, the exam rooms (e.g. CT Scanners, MRI, Scales). * Scheduling / tracking, reporting, reconciliation of purchase orders, change orders and verification / validation of delivery related to medical equipment. * Coordination of internal and external meetings with client, vendors and manufacturers. * Provide client Equipment Planners with plans and checklists for reporting and tracking of medical equipment purchases (e.g. ordering, delivery, installation and acceptance). * Prepare meeting notes, managing & tracking equipment budgets, coordination of equipment specification information and related documentation. * Assist client Equipment Planners during Occupancy Phase (e.g. placement of medical equipment). * Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills are required due to interaction with a wide range of individuals both in person and via phone/email. Education & Experience Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field of study (or industry equivalent experience) and 3+ year of relevant experience. * Experience supporting the purchase to installation of medical equipment in a hospital environment is required. * Working knowledge of medical equipment terminology and functions in a hospital environment is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) is required.
