They are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support the clinical team and help provide an efficient, comfortable experience for patients.     Compensation for the Dental Assistant:

    • $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience

    Schedule for the Dental Assistant:

    • General hours are approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Some days may be 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    *Candidate must be flexible and comfortable staying later occasionally when needed, particularly to accommodate emergency patients.

    Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Assistant:

    • Assist the dentist during endodontic procedures and provide chairside support throughout patient treatment
    • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures
    • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with office protocols
    • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment
    • Support patients before, during, and after treatment and help ensure they feel comfortable and informed
    • Assist with general clinical and office responsibilities as needed to support the team
    • Friendly, personable, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients
    • Trainable, dependable, and willing to learn new skills and procedures
    • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
    • Flexible with scheduling and genuinely comfortable staying later on occasion when patient emergencies require it
    • Ability to speak an additional language is a plus
