Meadowbrook has been an established company since 1932, when founder Fred Weir Sr. opened his first restaurant to provide all the missing elements in our world today. His desire is to provide a place where people and families can come to get away from the troubles that this world may bring and to design a place that gives every person who walks through the doors a sense of belonging and hope that they matter.
The primary responsibility is to attract and coordinate external events & activities by visiting local areas that will build relationships in the community and create new partnerships. Once established, these relationships will increase customer count, check averages and outside sales for our Zaxbys and Dairy Queen restaurants. This Marketing role is our brand ambassador to the community. Applicant must be local to the area and willing to travel to company restaurants as needed. Content creation for social media, establishing relationships with restaurants and capturing photos of our team are also included.
Overview of Responsibilities
Plan and work special events & family nights in the Zaxby's and Dairy Queen restaurants.
Display merchandising materials in a well organized and coordinated way (including POP, flowers, reader/community boards, foyer displays, seasonal decor etc.)
Be an ambassador for the brand, and build relationships with local community members.
Oversee Family Marketing Activities (Spirit Nights, Family Nights, Community Events, etc.).
Create business partnerships to add value to events.
Ensure 2nd Mile Service is being executed at internal and external events.
Handle all donation requests.
Implement school programs (Fund-Raising Programs, Third Party Sales)
Event planning with schools, churches, businesses, etc.
Ensure all brands are present in the community on a regular basis
Plan and execute digital marketing (updating website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
