Production Workers are responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will operate manufacturing/packaging equipment, which includes equipment set-up, checking for quality of product and meeting production schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate conveyor, shrink-wrap and bagging equipment
• Hanging and sealing bags of product
• Filling and sealing shaker bottles of product
• Bag product with the correct blend to the required weight level
• Place product on pallets according to specifications
• Assist with maintaining equipment which includes cleaning out production equipment and lines
• Stuffing product labels at a medium to fast pace
• Hand mix product when necessary
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills Required:

• Basic math skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate various types of machinery and equipment
• Mechanical and technical skills with exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat and cold along with humid conditions and dust
• Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
