Core Responsibilities

Service: Greet customers, take custom orders, and offer cooking tips.

Preparation: Trim, portion, and package poultry, pork, and beef.

Display: Keep the service case stocked, labeled, and rotated (FIFO).

Safety: Maintain a spotless workspace and follow all food safety protocols.

Requirements

Age: Must be 18+ years old (per CT/Federal labor laws for machinery).

Skills: Previous deli or meat experience preferred; passion for food required.

Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment.
