Responsibilities:

Efficiently cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats according to customer specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat cutting area and equipment.

Ensure all meat products meet quality and safety standards.

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.

Assist in inventory management and restocking of meat products.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the handling of meat products.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance cutting techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a meat cutter or in a similar role within the food industry.

Knowledge of various cuts of meat and preparation techniques.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Food safety certification is a plus.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
