Rancho Sestero Meat Cutting is a Custom Exempt State Certified meat processing facility. We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our team.
This is a seasonal position. July - September. $18 - $25 per hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carcass intake from refrigeration to the processing area.
Breaking down carcasses into primal cuts.
Deboning, trimming, and portioning meat according to customer specifications and industry standards.
Use various tools and equipment, such as knives, saws, and grinders.
Ensure the meat is fresh, and safe adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces.
Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control.
QUALIFICATION
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be able to read and write English
Experience using meat cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools.
Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs.
