• Acquire and complete necessary documentation for daily production. • Maintain up to date Meat Formulation Sheet. • Weigh out meats to appropriate formula as necessary. • Place meats into grinder at appropriate pre-determined rate and grind. • Maintain equipment and process meat traceability for quality control. • Meat / Supplies Preparation / Retrieval as necessary. • Set- up, tear down, clean equipment, scale pit, and work area daily. • Keep work area(s) clean and orderly. • General cleaning as required. • May be placed in other departments depending upon the production Schedule.

Battistoni founded in 1931 is being run by a new team.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-330PM

Compensation: depends on experience. $17-$22/hour. Benefits include: employee medical insurance after trial period is completed as well as paid vacation time.
