We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Meat Processing Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging meat products, including sausage making, grinding burgers, and producing company-branded items. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, follows strict food safety standards, and takes pride in producing high-quality products. Responsibilities: • Operate meat processing equipment such as grinders, mixers, and sausage stuffers • Prepare and grind meats according to production specifications • Measure, mix, and season ingredients for sausage and other products • Produce and package company-branded meat products following recipes and quality standards • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment • Follow all food safety, USDA, and company regulations • Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies or issues • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications: • Previous experience in meat processing, butchery, or food production preferred (not required) • Ability to safely operate processing equipment • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods • Physical ability to lift 40–60 lbs and stand for long periods • Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Compensation: $20 hourly
