Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Meat Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be clean, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and have basic knowledge of meat. This role focuses on producing ground meat and packed meat products in a fast-paced but cooperative team setting. Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:

Will train on additional meat packing and processing knowledge

Ensure proper labeling, packing, and handling of meat products

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times

Work effectively with team members to complete daily production

Follow all HACCP and state inspection guidelines

Assisting with large or rush orders as needed

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset

Reliable and punctual — consistent attendance is essential

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a drama-free, focused team
