Stalmic Distributors is on a mission to help feed communities. We are interested in adding a field service/maintenance technician to our team to assist in achieving that mission. This service tech will receive on-the-job training (meat room equipment). During this training, they will learn how to repair and perform maintenance on all sorts of meat room processing and packaging equipment. Including wrappers, vacuum machines, grinders, dicers, scales, tenderizers, and more! Once trained, they will travel to (within 5 hours) our customers' locations to perform preventative maintenance and break/fix repairs when needed on the customer's meat room equipment. Responsibilities: • Service technicians are usually on the road Monday through Friday and come home on the weekends. • They alternate being on call with their team on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (with 24HUG pay). • Perform maintenance on the meat room equipment. • Break/fix repairs at customer locations. • They will be assigned company vehicles, phones, and tablets for job purposes only. • Assigned company cards for all on-the-road expenses. • Participate in company goals (and rewards). Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000
