The primary functions of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Evaluate people’s moving needs and find the right solution for them from the variety of options we offer
• Possess the ability to follow up and follow through with our customers, while working well with others
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Commissions, increased wages, and a $10,000 annual bonus are also available to our committed performance-driven Customer Service team.

Work schedule of 4, 10-hour days per week
