JOB DESCRIPTION
Currently, we are looking for an Accounting Professional to assist full-time with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Card processing and reconciliation, Expense Report processing, Charges Review and Invoice Review. This position will also be responsible for some General Administrative duties which include but are not limited to filing, sorting and distributing mail and booking hotels. The right person will be passionate about working in a fast-paced environment with a focused team that has fun providing quality information and support to our growing company. Remote work is a possibility for the right candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, incredibly organized, and meticulous in their work. Precision and attention to detail are crucial! Our Accounting Department is a high-functioning team and we depend on each other to run the largest independent moving company in California. We value individuals who demonstrate discipline, great attitudes, a killer work ethic, care about people and have high standards for themselves personally and professionally. A high school education is required, with a college degree and previous accounting experience preferred. You must be proficient in QuickBooks as well as Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel. We are a customer service focused company, so you must be comfortable with client interaction providing a high level of service to our clients, vendors and coworkers.
