Pay: Competitive pay based on experienceSchedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (overtime as needed).

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Shop Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of power washing trucks and parking lot sweeping vehicles.

This position focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on power washing trucks and lot sweepers

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues • Service pumps, hoses, water systems, sweepers, vacuums, and auxiliary equipment

Perform preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled servicing

Repair or replace worn or damaged parts

Maintain accurate maintenance and service records

Ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards

Keep shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelinesRequirements

Proven experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician

Experience with commercial vehicles or specialty equipment preferred

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Valid driver’s license

Experience with power washing systems, pumps, or hydraulics

Lot sweeper or street sweeper maintenance experience

Welding or fabrication skills

Diesel engine experience
