T & M Hardware is a fast-paced and friendly retail hardware and rental store that is seeking a mechanic/driver for our East Palestine location. This person will oversee initiatives and promotions to ensure maximum productivity, profitability and compliance with company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Repair equipment and address breakdowns deemed to be a high priority by Management.

Clean and maintain rental equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.

Perform preventative maintenance on rental equipment.

Assesses and reports issues with equipment to Store Manager.

Contact vendors for parts or technical assistance to repair equipment or address breakdowns.

Deliver equipment and merchandise as required.

Load and unload customer and vendor vehicles.

Perform vehicle and building/grounds maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s license

Moral Integrity

Excellent work ethic

Computer Skills (POS, Internet, Back Office)

Ability to work supervised and un-supervised

Detail oriented

Work Flexible hours, including Nights, Weekends and Holidays

Pass a Background Check

Able to lift 80 pounds

Willing to Submit to Random Drug Tests

High School diploma

Work Indoors/Outdoors, as Required
