About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on technician with experience in heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. If you're mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, this could be your next opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and operate shop and field equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks

• Diagnose issues with air conditioners (up to 80 tons), chillers (up to 200 tons), diesel engines, and more

• Troubleshoot fuel, electrical, hydraulic, propane, and gas systems

• Communicate service updates and issues with customers

• Complete accurate work orders and service reports

• Support junior technicians and help coordinate field services

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment diagnostics and repair

• Own a complete set of basic tools (hand and power)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of technical schematics and equipment manuals

• Experience operating forklifts, boom lifts, compressors, generators, etc.

• Proficient in computer systems for inputting service data
