Hydraulix Corp is a hydraulic and electrical repair facility located in Columbus, OH. We specialize in hydraulic, electrical and cylinder repair with a focus on boom trucks, bucket trucks, auger trucks, tow trucks as well as aerial and heavy equipment. Whether a customer is in need of hydraulic or cylinder repair, electrical diagnostics, dielectric testing or inspection services, Hydraulix will make the repair. Our main focus is taking care of our customers with quick and dependable service.
As a result of our significant growth Hydraulix is in need of (1) full-time Mechanic for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicles/equipment coming into the shop
Replace and make new hydraulic lines
Repacking hydraulic cylinders
Create repair estimates and timelines and convey information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
Performing OSHA & DOT inspections
Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
3+ years of experience in heavy equipment / boom truck repair
Be knowledgeable with hydraulic and electrical systems
Be knowledgeable with diesel engine repair
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Work as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and ability to take direction
Must have a valid driver's license (DOT medical card a plus)
Willingness to work paid over-time
Strong customer service and communication skills are required
