Trainee

• The work performed should be performed with attention to quality and craftmanship as expected by TEN (Transportation Equipment Network)
• Trainee will be expected to complete all C Level SOPs within required timeframe
• Complete understanding of proper PM procedures and requirements: proper oil levels in hub caps, proper air pressure in tires, grease all fittings, proper adjustments on S-cam brakes, minor light repairs and replacements. Must also demonstrate the ability to properly fill out TEN's work orders an all-other required paperwork
• Demonstrate the ability to properly install plywood, roof bows, hub caps, tie backs, small body and roof patches, glad-hands, 7-way receptacles, airline repair and replacement etc....
• Must demonstrate mechanical and carpentry skills
• Must have basic tools required to perform all of the above tasks

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general eduation degree (GED)
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or eqivalent combination of education and experience
