Mechanical Assembler – Custom HVAC Manufacturing

About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you'll help bring custom HVAC systems to life by assembling structural frames, installing components, and ensuring top-tier quality at every step. If you're mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and take pride in precision, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components, frames, compressors, piping, and valves according to engineering drawings and specifications

Read blueprints, layout diagrams, and follow written/verbal instructions

Operate general hand and power tools (drills, grinders, impact drivers, etc.)

Perform in-process checks to verify proper fit, alignment, and tolerances

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous mechanical assembly, fabrication, or HVAC manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (tape measure, calipers)

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and manual dexterity

Team player with good communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to custom build requirements
