    Job Summary

    We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembler with experience building, installing, and assembling mechanical components on heavy equipment, machinery, or custom-built products. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand tools, reading work instructions, and working with mechanical systems. This role focuses on custom assembly work rather than repetitive production-line assembly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assemble and install mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components.
    • Install and torque bolts, hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components.
    • Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools safely and effectively.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed.
    • Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the build process.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of mechanical assembly, equipment installation, machinery build, or maintenance experience.
    • Experience working with heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, or similar products.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
    • Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Preferred Qualifications ****

    • Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
    • Experience working with heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial products.
    • Heavy equipment assembly or repair.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to work in confined spaces and various positions, including standing, kneeling, and climbing.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed.
