The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for creating innovative, high-quality product designs Proficiency in SolidWorks is required. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure product designs are efficient, safe, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products using SolidWorks.

Develop testing processes and perform testing and validation of new designs.

Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.

Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.

Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

1-4 years of experience in product design or development

Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, and detailed drawings).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products

Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems

Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly

Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
