Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed production and assembly drawings from 3D models and engineering input

Review and refine 3D models to ensure accuracy and completeness

Apply expertise in mechanical modeling, dimensioning, and assembly documentation

Collaborate with engineers to support design improvements and production readiness

Ensure alignment with industry standards including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Designer/Drafter

Proficiency in CREO v7 or v8 and Windchill

Strong 3D modeling skills with the ability to create and modify detailed parts and assemblies

Working knowledge of machining practices and design for manufacturability

Solid understanding of GD&T principles and application
