    We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Mechanical Designer to join our Product Development team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving complex design challenges, and want to make a real impact on innovative products, this is your opportunity.

    What You’ll Do

    • Design and document mechanical components and assemblies using CREO (ProEngineer)
    • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop and improve products
    • Create detailed drawings with precise dimensioning, tolerancing, and fit/function specs
    • Maintain accurate product structures and BOMs in the ERP system
    • Participate in prototype builds, testing, and reporting
    • Communicate with vendors and customers to gather design input
    • Follow engineering procedures and ISO standards throughout the development process

    Required Skills

    What You Bring

    • Associate’s degree in Mechanical Design Technology
    • 5–10 years of mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting; CREO experience preferred
    • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding, stamping, and machining
    • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer/vendor collaboration

    • Experience with RFQs and sourcing
    • A proactive, self-motivated mindset
    • High attention to detail and follow-through
    • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ETO environment
