We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join a fast-paced team dedicated to modernizing the construction industry.

    Position Summary

    The Mechanical Engineer will be tasked with researching, designing, and developing mechanical systems and equipment. You will take the lead in creating physical product structures, ensuring they are durable, cost-effective, and integrate seamlessly with electronic and digital components.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design and develop mechanical components, tools, and systems using 3D modeling software.

    Oversee the full product lifecycle from conceptual design through to manufacturing and field deployment.

    Conduct stress tests, thermal analysis, and durability simulations to ensure product reliability in harsh construction environments.

    Collaborate with Electrical Engineers to ensure proper housing and protection of electronic systems.

    Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including CAD drawings and assembly instructions.

    Identify opportunities for product improvements based on user feedback and field performance data.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

    5+ years of professional experience in mechanical design or product development.

    Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar).

    Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and structural mechanics.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to prototyping.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year.

    Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and commission options.
