We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer/Design - Entry to work on a 6 month contract. **
**This position will work as part of the Engineering Department.
The Mechanical Designer/ Engineer will be performing a variety of design/drafting activities, including preparing/updating installation drawings for projects, preparing assembly/manufacturing drawings and doing stress analysis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES

1. Prepare 3 dimensional drawings, installation drawings and illustration drawings (logo/header submittals).
2. Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes, in collaboration with sales and production office to ensure consistent documentation of the project.
3. Works with engineering and manufacturing on production which meet and exceed the customer's requirements.
4. Conduct stress analysis, FEA experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor's degree in ME or MET.
2. Experience using Inventor or Solidworks or other 3D design software.
3. Exposure to AutoCAD 2D
4. Familiar with FEA and stress analysis.
