What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 10–20 years of industry experience
- Minimum 10 years leading engineering teams in the commercial HVAC or refrigeration space
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit , with fluency in HVAC/Refrigeration systems design

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Sign, seal, and review engineering drawings, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Coordinate and execute engineering efforts in alignment with project plans, specifications, and design-build requirements.
- Team Accountability: Lead and hold the engineering team accountable for meeting company objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Relations: Monitor client interactions closely to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Strategize and implement methods to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Strategic Planning: Regularly review and revise team roles, responsibilities, and project strategies to optimize operations and align with company goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide daily insights and creative suggestions to improve processes and outcomes. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies into our operations.
- Engineering Excellence: Apply your mechanical engineering knowledge to develop innovative solutions, perform engineering calculations, and prepare detailed scopes of work for equipment upgrades. Ensure all submittals and project documentation meet rigorous standards.
