We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with a background in MEP firms or mechanical contracting who thrives on ownership, fast-paced projects, and leading a small technical team. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the President, with the potential to shape future standards, products, and engineering direction.

Duties

• Lead and manage a small team of drafters, specification engineers, and associates
• Oversee and support HVAC engineering deliverables including fan selection, assembly layouts, submittals, and equipment specifications
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams to support custom solutions and new product development
• Own and refine internal engineering standards
• Contribute to estimating, sales support, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Experience in HVAC engineering from an MEP firm, mechanical contractor, or related environment
• Strong working knowledge of air movement equipment, HVAC systems, and mechanical assemblies
• Experience Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D modeling software is a PLUS
