• Be the go-to technical lead in a lean, growing team, your calls shape delivery and client wins.
• Lead steady quick-turn projects.

What You’ve Already Done:

• Designed HVAC for residential/commercial, handling loads, sizing, and docs solo.
• Crushed load calcs (HAP/equivalent) and navigated quirky footprints in tight spaces.
• Built clean AutoCAD drawings that contractors actually use.
• Delivered under fast deadlines.
