Looking for someone with heavy equipment design experience or someone with thermal (heat transfer) experience.

• BS in engineering preferred, but not required if all criteria below are met
• Proficient in 3D CAD, Inventor preferred, but not required
• Ability to use FEA tools to validate designs
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of metal fabrication and welding preferred, but not required
• Solid math skills: algebra and trigonometry
• Able to communicate clearly in person and digitally
• Willingness to be flexible. Small company environment means a variety of tasks
• Ability to take a design project from idea/proposal to completed design
• Able to solve problems, participate in design reviews, and think critically
