Job Description
Under direct or indirect supervision performs a variety of engineering and design tasks requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.
Uses engineering judgment and responsibility to resolve customer inquiries.

Detailed technical presentations to customers in order to support sales.
Deliver basic technical training externally to customers as required.
Manage and report personal workload, forecast job lead-times to meet customer and departmental objectives.
Raise / process / approve Engineering Change Notice (GCN) requests.
Maintain engineering databases.
Provide technical support via the Engineering Help Desk, if appropriate / as required.
Accountable for delivering Rationalization Projects.
Reporting monthly on project performance.
Reporting monthly on Objectives progress.
Additional duties and responsibilities will vary based upon local business / departmental needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2-5 years’ relevant experience in an application / CAD role, with relevant product / equipment / industry knowledge.
Demonstrating technical excellence in all aspects of project execution.
Experience in leading multi disciplined and/or culturally diverse teams.
Collaborative Team Player.
Excellent communicator with strong influencing & collaboration skills, at all levels of a geographically distributed business.
