Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics

Comfortable using diagnostic tools and hand/power tools

Willingness to travel extensively (50%+), including occasional overnight and multi-day trips

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

CNC machinery, welding, or metal fabrication equipment experience preferred
