We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong design expertise and leadership skills who is passionate about building systems that power progress. What You'll Do
· Lead and design building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, ventilation). · Supervise and mentor mechanical designers and junior engineers. · Serve as a project manager on assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. · Develop design documentation including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. · Participate in client meetings and support business development efforts. · Perform construction administration, including reviewing submittals and site visits. · Conduct quality assurance and cross-discipline coordination reviews. · Develop reports and narratives for evaluations and troubleshooting. · Prepare design narratives and reports for design team stakeholders and permitting agencies. · Assist with developing mechanical budgets for building mechanical systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Professional Engineering (PE) license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities mechanical design and engineering.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of International Codes, NFPA standards, and mechanical systems.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Compensation & Perks
