Join a leading specialty contractor as an Industrial Mechanical Project Manager in Kansas City.  This role will manage self-performed work in industrial environments.

**Looking for experience with self-performing construction project management**

• $90K-$115K, BOE
• Auto and Cell phone allowances

Responsibilities:

• Manage industrial mechanical construction projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, and regulations.
• Coordinate project scheduling, monitor accounting, and maintain profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project teams in alignment with company leadership principles.
• Travel to jobsites and company offices as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or mechanical engineering, OR 5+ years of mechanical field trade experience, OR equivalent combination.
• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience on industrial projects (e.g., chemical, food and beverage, automotive, oil and gas).
• Direct oversight of mechanical construction work required; general contracting experience insufficient
  
• Strong skills in project coordination, budgeting, and client/vendor relations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checks.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Local to the Kansas City metropolitan area preferred
