What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair appliances using hands on training and real service experience • Test components using basic diagnostic tools • Provide professional in home service

Our technicians run a steady schedule of service calls daily, providing strong and consistent earning potential.

Training Process

Training begins in West Monroe and is primarily hands on in the field working alongside experienced technicians in real service calls.

Training length depends on how quickly you learn and apply the system.

Technicians who pick it up quickly move out of training faster.

After training, technicians operate in a service territory near their home city.

Ideal Background

Pay Structure

Paid Training: $17 to $19 per hour during initial training

Most technicians move out of training quickly based on performance and ability

Faster learners advance sooner and increase earnings faster

After Training: Most technicians earn $25 to $35 per hour equivalent Top performers earn $70,000 to $100,000 plus annually
