Mechanical Superintendent

Supervises and directs field crews, subcontractors, and support functions (Safety, QA/QC, Project Controls, Logistics) for the mechanical scope of a utility-scale renewable energy construction project. Ensures work is performed safely, on budget, and on schedule, reporting daily to the General Superintendent/Construction Manager.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (solar or BESS)
• OSHA 30 required (OSHA 10 acceptable for onboarding)
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to read plans and interpret specifications
• Procore or similar construction management platform experience preferred
• Ability to travel/relocate to project sites as required (up to 80-100%)
