Must‑Have Requirements

- Lead and manage field crews and foremen on major mechanical construction projects.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and schedule alignment.

- Walk jobsites daily to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Interface with inspectors, general contractors, engineering teams, and subcontractors.
- Interpret plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings to guide installation activities.
- Support planning meetings, scheduling, sequencing, and coordination with other trades.
