    GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing is a company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions the aviation and aerospace industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assemble, modify, and install hydraulic pipes and conductors.
    • Perform assigned tasks across different shifts, regardless of environmental conditions.

      Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working on aircraft mechanical assembly.
      • Familiarity with rotary or fixed-wing aircraft.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
      • Ability to interpret and work with various levels of technical documentation.
      • Must have the legal right to live and work in the U.S. without restrictions.
    • Accurately document completed tasks, maintain equipment status tags, and record critical details throughout installation.
    • Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, and technical manuals.
    • Employment contract with HBAC.

    • Gross hourly wage: $27.00/hour for Junior (0–3 years of experience in Aerospace); $37.00/hour for Intermediate (4–8 years of experience in Aerospace); $48.00/hour for Senior (9–15 years of experience in Aerospace); $55.00/hour for Expert (15+ years of experience in Aerospace).
    • 401(k) Match: 6%.

    • PTO (paid vacation/sick leave): 0.08 hours of PTO for every hour worked.
    • Permanence BONUS: $3,000.00/year for Junior; $3,600.00/year for Intermediate;

      $4,200.00/year for Senior; $4,500.00/year for Expert.

    • Raises: For the second and third year of employment, gross hourly wages will be increased by approx. 3% each year; starting from the fourth year, the wage will be renegotiated.
    • Health insurance: U.S. health insurance reimbursed by HBAC according to the following monthly caps and upon submission of proof of payment: $750.00/month for Junior; $1,000.00/month for Intermediate; $1,500.00/month for Senior; $2,000.00/month for Expert.
    • Overtime from Monday to Saturday: +50% on top of the gross wage.
