The role involves simulation support for design validation, optimization, testing, and data collection. The candidate will provide crucial design information to shape packaging technology and contribute directly to Etch Engineering.

Skills Required:

Proficient in CFD/FEA simulation

Ansys Fluent (or equivalent)

Strong background in fluid mechanics & heat transfer

Structural analysis expertise

CAD (NX or equivalent)

Experience in the Semiconductor industry

Knowledge of MS Office tools

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred: Experience in additive manufacturing (AM) simulation

Education:

Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME)
