    About the Role

    This Med Manager or CMA will be working in the evening to call and check-in on staff to discuss with them that they are completing their MAR punches appropriately for the clients they are working with. Being willing and ready to cover a shift during the evening if there is a call-off. We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to work, providing consistent, high-quality care in a home-like setting.

    Hiring for different shifts throughout the week:

    Evening Shift

    Weekends

    Flexible scheduling to fit work/life balance

    Responsibilities include:

    Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)

    Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks

    Transportation to appointments and community activities

    Medication reminders (online training on systems provided)

    Documentation of services provided and overseeing the staff are documenting and understand the importance of doing this at the time of the reminder

    Encouraging independence and supporting client goals

    Ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout shifts

    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Medication Manager or CMA or higher

    Experience with bathing assistance, dressing, cleaning, & grooming

    Willingness to learn, grow, and continue your education through online training (paid on the job)

    Ability to perform physical job duties as needed per the individuals needs

    Strong communication skills and a dependable, compassionate attitude
