We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support our Owner/Injector in a fast-growing aesthetic medical spa. Support the Owner/Injector with patient care and treatment flow
Prepare treatment rooms before and after services
Assist with patient intake, comfort, and post-treatment support
Chart accurately and thoroughly in the EMR
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain a clean, organized, and calm clinical environment
Help create a seamless, elevated patient experience
Support inventory organization and daily clinic operations as needed
Enthusiastic and upbeat with a professional demeanor
Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and medical wellness
Naturally engaging and attentive with patients
Calm, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Excited to grow alongside an expanding aesthetic practice
Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred
Prior experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness setting is a plus
EMR experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Commitment to patient privacy, professionalism, and teamwork
Work closely with an experienced Owner/Injector
