Med Talent Finder (www.medtalentfinder.com) is a rapidly growing recruitment agency specialized in providing top talent for Medical Aesthetics, Medical Device, Dermatology, Dental, and Pharmaceutical companies. Our robust growth acceleration necessitates the addition for another Recruiter or Sr. Recruiter to join our team in Newport Beach, CA.

A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

·       Sourcing candidate profiles through LinkedIn and other resources

·       Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities

·       Scheduling interviews between Client and Candidate

·       Presenting offers to Candidates and maintaining long-term relationships

·       Responding to Candidate inquiries as well as pro-actively sending updates to candidates

·       Posting and sharing job opportunities on social media

·       Providing world-class service and support to Clients via planned initiatives and ad hoc

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST BE:

·       Sales oriented. Can negotiate and close.

·       Highly-motivated to earn uncapped commission

·       Proficient in English, including excellent verbal/non-verbal communication skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·       Detail-oriented and highly organized

·       Ambitious, goal-oriented and outgoing

·       Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency

·       Able to give excellent customer service to Clients and Candidates

·       Confident and not be shy to pick up the phone and call Clients and Candidates

·       Motivated to spend hours in front of a computer or on the phone on some days

·       Able to think on your feet and “make the call”

·       Entrepreneurial and creative

·       Professional and polished

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·       3+ years of Recruiting or Inside Sales experience

·       Ability to work from office in Newport Beach, CA
