About the Role:

Join Grace Of Georgia Operations LLC as a Med Tech, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking dedicated individuals for both full-time and part-time positions in our Sharpsburg, GA location. Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Document patient care and progress in electronic health records.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Participate in training and continuing education to stay current in medical technology.

Requirements:

Valid state certification or license as a Medication Technician.

Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially in long-term care.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.
